That's how I like it, it takes a lot of hard work, a lot of discipline and a lot of dedication. This is a version of what I used to make ketone extracts.

Ingredients:

1tsp L-Tyrosine (3ml)

1tsp L-Lysine (5ml)

0.5tsp L-Methionine (2ml)

I used this to make a ketone extract by soaking L-Tyrosine and Lysine in ethanol, bulking then cutting before and after. It is a source of L-tyrosine and Methionine and is used to make a number of ketone supplements, so I thought it would be interesting to try and make ketone extracts using these amino acids and see how I did.

As you can see from this image, I soaked a 500ml vial of L-Tyrosine and then added 2ml of L-Methionine and made 0, bulking at 9 body fat.5ml of ketone extract, it has a bit of a sour taste to it as you can see from the picture, bulking at 9 body fat.
